Account Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Overall experience of 10 to 13 years.
Should have managed customers on site for at least 3 years.
P&L, Account / Relationship Management / Consulting.
Responsibilities include growing the accounts with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. Success ful track record of growing revenues in existing accounts.
Knowledge of working with client shaving Technical Sales/Operational Support in Telecommunications applications is mandatory.
Knowledge of working on bidding for and managing IMS/AMS/BPO deals is preferred.
Have a strong track record of successfully selling solutions based services to the respective client’s business units.
Should be able to leverage prior experience to bring in delivery, process & relevant domain knowledge
Develop/maintain client contacts and actively network with potential client executives
Ensure quality control in engagement delivery
You will be required to work in cross-functional teams which may include Delivery Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives.
You must be able to establish and build “trust” and leverage client context by understanding client’ so verall business goals.
Identify new opportunities thats how case company capabilities and hold strong promise for downstream IT work by working with industry/domain heads
Solid understanding of company’s delivery & execution methodologies. Should be able to deep-dive and get into project-level issues & details.
Strong Communication and presentation skills
